Mr. Keshavarzi has devoted his practice to dispute resolution. As a trained mediator and skilled litigator, Mr. Keshavarzi handles dissolution of marriage, child custody, child support, spousal support, premarital agreements, transmutation agreements, domestic violence, and complex property issues and tracing. Mr. Keshavarzi also has significant experience in the area of civil litigation including real estate and contract matters.
Mr. Keshavarzi has handled numerous high-conflict litigation cases and often receives the greatest accolades from judges and colleagues.
Mr. Keshavarzi has co-authored several articles and had previously been approved by the State Bar of California to present a one-hour Continuing Legal Education seminar on Tips, Tricks, and Strategies for Divorce.
Mr. Keshavarzi is a former Banker and is intimately familiar with banking practices including consumer loans, mortgages, and lines of credit. He is also a real estate Broker, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. Mr. Keshavarzi believes that his knowledge of the California real estate market and lending practices has and will continue to help his clients who are facing the sale or foreclosure of real estate.
Mr. Keshavarzi regularly attends lectures and seminars on new and developing legal topics. He enjoys the practice of law and believes that his broad range of work experience benefits his clients.
Mr. Keshavarzi obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in politics at California State University, Northridge. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree at Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. Mr. Keshavarzi is admitted to practice law in all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Keshavarzi is a trained martial artist in the Korean discipline Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan and Kick Boxing. Mr. Keshavarzi enjoys an active lifestyle and is an avid soccer player.
