Mr. Bergman is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of California. His practice areas include advising new and established business, including pursuing issues arising from such practice in the courtroom; entity formations; debt collections; e-business; observing corporate formalities; and complex divorce and separation matters. Mr. Bergman can also assist clients in a myriad of transactional activities, including advising companies of all legal necessities for conducting business online, assisting with debt collections and forming various business entities while maintaining all necessary legal formalities required in day to day business. Mr. Bergman has handled the entire range of issues presented in family law, including custody, support, property, and other financial issues. His experience includes the representation of clients with complex financial issues, highly contested custody disputes, and other high conflict issues.
Mr. Bergman obtained his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Tulane University in New Orleans and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. Mr. Bergman has been published in Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal for his discussions on the unclear laws of digital sampling and was president of the Hastings Association of Communication, Sports, and Entertainment Lawyers, as well as working with the law school’s admissions committee. Mr. Bergman is an avid snow boarder and musician and loves sports and the outdoors.
